A Dinner Bed and Breakfast experience next door to Balmoral Castle.Gairnshiel and Eòlach teamed up to bring the finest supper club to Royal Deeside.A first and exclusive evening of wining-and-dining including a night stay at our newest holiday home, Faunoran House. Eòlach.Eòlach is a team of honest chefs who care about the land and its produce. They follow the rhythm of the seasons, working directly with farmers, fishmongers and foragers to offer the best of Scotland on a plate. A rare and welcome encounter with real people genuinely sharing their love for the craft. Supper Club Weekend.The evening will start at 6pm with drinks and canapés, followed by a 4 course meal prepared by Eòlach. A wine pairing option will be available, along with other dinks to purchase on the night. The Caryls, photographers hors pair, will be joining us to capture the event.After your meal, you will be left to enjoy Faunoran House.A copious continental breakfast will await the next day before checkout at 10am. This is a collaboration rooted in our shared love for food, Scotland and all things beautiful.Join us for a warm evening of genuine hospitality!Gairnshiel x Eòlach
